Our popular 'Young Designers Stitch Club' teaches sewing and craft skills to children aged 8 - 16 and gives them an opportunity to design and create a range of items as well as developing experience and expertise in different hand sewing techniques and using a sewing machine.
Classes are held fortnightly for an hour and a half and are booked in two month 'blocks' costing £32 for four lessons. Your child will be taught a variety of cutting, sewing and finishing techniques. They will tackle a different class project for each block with some more complicated projects lasting for up to two blocks.
All materials and refreshments are provided and kids get to take their completed projects home with them.
If your child is home schooled, we also run classes for children following the same format on a fortnighty basis and monthly classes for children aged 5-8.
Not sure about committing to classes? Why not try one of our school holiday 'Stitch Camps'. Details and booking through our 'workshops' section
